Reservation Deposit
The following amounts are required as deposit to secure a reservation. Deposit will be applied towards rent at check-in. Please review our cancellation policy below.

- Daily/Weekly Rates include all utilities, Satellite TV (48 Channels) & complementary Wi-Fi.
- 10% off our Daily Rate with your Good Sam, TACO, AAA membership, or Military ID.
- Monthly rates include water, sewer, trash, Satellite TV (48 Channels) & complementary Wi-Fi. Electricity is additional and a $150.00 deposit is required at check-in.
- Rates are for 1-2 people. Extra person (5 years or older) using facilities and/or staying a night is:
- $4.00 per day
- $15.00 per week
- $50.00 per month
- There is a LIMIT of 6 people per site at all times, including visitors.
- All rates are based on full-term stays, paid in advance, and cannot be prorated.
*Retreat at 971 has high water pressure. Please remember to install your Water Pressure Reducing Valve when connecting to a site’s waterline.
Cancellation Policy
We will gladly reserve your site, not accepting any future requests. In order to be able to do so, we ask in exchange for your guaranteed deposit. Should you have to cancel a reservation, the following will apply:
Daily Reservations
- Cancelled with a 15-day advance notice, a 50% deposit refund will be made.
- Cancelled with less than 15-day notice, NO refund will be made.
- No refunds over shortened stays.
Weekly Reservations
- Cancelled with a 30-day advance notice, a 50% deposit refund will be made.
- Cancelled with less than 30-day notice, NO refund will be made.
- No refunds over shortened stays.
Monthly Reservations
- Cancelled with a 60-day advance notice, a refund will be issued minus a $35 cancellation fee.
- Cancelled with a 30-day advance notice, a 50% refund will be made.
- Cancelled with less than 30-day notice, NO refund will be made.
- No refunds over shortened stays.
